Epidemics Committee reveals latest coronavirus updates in Jordan

Spokesman for the National Committee for Epidemics Nathir Obaidat has revealed today the coronavirus latest updates in Jordan.

In press statements, Obaidat expected new coronavirus cases from unknown sources since many corona patients don't show any symptoms.

The epidemiological inspection teams are inspecting the sources of infection to prevent spreading the virus among Jordanians.

Obaidat pointed out that the Ministry of Health is planning to conduct an immunoassay study on the Jordanian community. The first stage will start in the next two weeks by collecting 6,000 random tests from all governments, while the second stage will start next month.

He drew that the National Committee for Epidemics is discussing opening parks and forests in the coming meeting, ruling out the presence of an epidemic or health risks in reopening this sector and calling on people to continue wearing gloves incase of touching public surfaces and substances and get rid of them as soon as finished.
